GBI undertook project management for the window replacements at this the Adult Eating Disorders Clinic. The project was valued at over $100,000. GBI managed the project from end-to-end and ensured that it was completed in time and under budget. GBI dealt with all issues related to vendors, project delays, and funding issues. The windows had to be installed while the clinic was running. Despite there being a residential aspect to the clinic, GBI was successfully able to get the windows installed on time with very high customer satisfaction.
